Alliance Cost Containment was founded in Louisville, Kentucky with a clear mission: reduce non-core procurement costs for companies that have the spend but not the leverage. Indirect expenses, office supplies, shipping, telecom, print, and dozens of other categories, represent 7.5 to 15 percent of a company’s revenue. Yet they receive far less management attention than core categories.
We built the national contract infrastructure, the category expertise, and the audit technology to fix that. Then we wrapped it in a model where we only win when the client wins.
